The Agents' Association (Great Britain) is committed to protecting your privacy.
If we need to collect information about you to process your enquiry, such information will only be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Unless you are a Member (of any category), a recent past Member or an applicant for Membership of The Association, we will not e-mail you in the future unless we are responding to email or calls from you or you have given us your consent to do so.
The type of information we may need to collect about you includes:

- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- The nature of your enquiry
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. Any inaccuracies brought to our attention will be deleted or corrected promptly.
The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
In the unlikely event that we need to transfer your information outside of the EEA (European Economic Area), your consent will always be obtained first.
